Delivery of Service:

Cancellation and Changes:
For cancellations or changes to your reservation, please contact Tabi Pirka Kitahiro Office. If a reservation is cancelled for the customer’s convenience, the cancellation fee specified for the applicable tour or service will apply.
Shipping and Communication Costs:
As electronic tickets are delivered by email, there are no shipping charges. Any internet or communication costs incurred in receiving the email or viewing the electronic ticket are the responsibility of the customer.
