Sapporo (SPK) /New Chitose Airport (CTS)
It is the main gateway to Hokkaido.
New Chitose AP (CTS) is the fifth busiest airport in Japan (based on passenger traffic and operational volume: 2025/2026 data). If this is your first time visiting Hokkaido, there is no need to worry. We will help you from the time of enquiry, to solve your concerns and answer questions before coming to Hokkaido.
On your arrival: When you arrive at New Chitose Airport, your driver or a staff member will meet and greet you at the arrival lobby if you book our service. Please come to Hokkaido without any worries.
We provide transportation throughout Hokkaido including Sapporo, Otaru, Furano, Tomamu, Rusutsu and Niseko.
Fly from CTS: If you are taking a flight from New Chitose Airport, please let us know your departure flight number and time. We will recommend the best pickup time for your flight.

Full of fun and joy! Especially at the domestic terminal.
- Ground Floor (1st floor): Arrivals. Gate 1 to 3 are for ANA flights and Gate 4 & 5 are for JAL flights. You will find Lawson convenience shops and small cafes.
- Second Floor: The main shopping area. You can buy a variety of souvenirs, seafood, agricultural products, sweets, clothes and so on!
- Third Floor: You can enjoy famous ramen noodles, Genghis Khan (lamb BBQ), sushi, soup curry, etc. There is even a small chocolate factory located between the domestic and international terminals.
- Fourth Floor: There is a movie theater and a hot spring here, a great place to relax before your flight.
Asahikawa & Hakodate
We also provide transfers to and from Asahikawa Airport, Hakodate Airport and Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.

A member of staff other than your driver will greet you in the arrival lobby.
Not only will they help with your luggage, but they will also reduce wasted waiting time to minimum so you can depart quickly and smoothly.
*You need to wait for 10-20 minutes while your driver goes to the parking lot to pick up your car and returns.
This is an ideal service for important guests, elderly travelers, children traveling alone and so on. So guests feel especially well cared for.
